How We Work

Focused due diligence. Carried out in-house, at our own cost, and focused on what matters.

Minimal warranties. The vast majority of our deals have historically only required share ownership and tax warranties.

Limited handover requirements. We are comfortable with complex situations and therefore keep handovers to a minimum.
